Salvatore has a background in business strategy and digital marketing. In 2009, he placed among the top 3 winners in an Europe-wide competition held by the Boston Consulting Group for the “best online business idea of 2009”; after which, he commenced his career in the technology field. In 2013, he started his career at DCG as a digital marketing manager expanding DCG’s market share; thus, contributing to its growth.
Being DCG’s first employee, Salvatore has been a key contributor to the business growth from DCG’s early days. Salvatore has conceptualised and launched all of DCG’s websites and apps which are recognised as top class in each of DCG ’s operating markets. As the COO of the Group, he oversees the operations of the various countries in conjunction with the Group CEO and directly leads the technology team shaping the evolution of all DCG’s websites, apps and CRM systems.
