Mathew Care began his career as a banking and finance solicitor at the global law firm Herbert Smith Freehills. He then transitioned into entrepreneurship, launching several real estate and technology businesses. In 2013, Mathew co-founded Digital Classifieds Group (DCG) with James Rodda and Brian Byer.
As the Executive Chairman of DCG, Mathew is now focused on strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and overseeing the company’s overall direction. He plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s long-term strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and leading M&A activities. Mathew’s extensive experience includes spearheading DCG’s capital raises and negotiating key acquisitions, which have been instrumental in the company’s growth and success. His leadership extends to providing strategic support to DCG’s CEO and executive leadership team.
